چکیده
Bu çalışma endemik Amanos Sığırkuyruğu ile Belen sığırkuyruğunun uçucu bileşenlerini ortaya çıkarmak için bitki eksratte edilmiş ve ultrasonic banyo yapılarak GS-MS analizi yapılmıştır. GC-MS kütüphanesinde sonuçlarına göre bileşenler kıyaslandığında, Sığırkuyruğunda kimyasal bileşenlerinin benzerlik ilişkileri toplam on üç bileşen bulunmuştur. ise dört tespit edildi. bileşenlerin biyoaktiviteleri incelenmiş özetlenmiştir. bileşiklerin en yüksek pik alanları sırasıyla 11-Octadecenoic acid, methyl ester, (Z)-, 9-Octadecenoic acid 2-Pyrrolidinone, 1-methyl-, 2-Dodecanol Cyclohexasiloxane, dodecamethyl’dir. bileşikleri 8-Octadecenoic 1-methyl, 1-Hexadecanol, dodecamethyl Cyclopropane, octyl-‘dir. Endemik bitkisi tıbbi özelliğinde oldukları çıkarılmıştır.
